Simcha Yoga offers students an opportunity to combine movement with awareness and connection to their Jewish heritage.

We examine the many paths to which Jewish life connects us to.

During a Simcha Yoga classes we may study the Sabbath; we may examine the festivals, such as Chanukah, or we may look at texts that discuss the weekly Torah portion.

In each Yoga class students practice meditation, Yoga warm ups, and strengthening their bodies. This aligns our physical body with our spiritual body.

Joni is available to work with groups as well as with people with special needs.
